We have James Vega now who might be  the ME 3 version of leading male mate like Kaidan (ME 1) and
Jacob (ME 2).
But will we get another human in this case the leading female mate like Ashley (ME 1) and Miranda (ME 2) ?
What do you think?

I hope not. I would be nicer to have aliens.

There will most likely be a new human female that will be the "lead" female, i'm hoping she'll be an N7 operative, it has been said there will be other N7 operatives in ME3

I'd like the second new squadmate to be an alien, because I think there are more than enough humans on the ship at this point. And the story isn't just about them.

Yes, he is. He's just a blank state. Shepard does his job fine of being a catalyst for the player, but otherwise has terribad writing and development as a character.

I have Ashley already so there is no need for another human female who is likely a new LI.
But for the new player Bioware must include new ones.

A raloi squadmate would be worth the price of the CE alone.

The problem is that the new female squadmate will probably be the new female LI. I don't think that they'll put another Asari or female Quarian on the team, I doubt that they'll make a model for a female Drell or Batarian. Female Salarian and female Krogan haven't much change to be shown as squadmate due to lore explanation (female salarian are few and rarely get outside their home planet , or so I think it's stated in the codex, and the female krogan are precious because of the genophage). Female turian, maybe, but even if Bioware will put them in ME3 (which I want) I doubt that they'll make a female turian squadmate or LI. So it remains humans.

I'm sick of aliens. I'd like more human squaddies. (That aren't DLC). And some more non-snooze worthy human males would be nice.

The female Vigilante is the most likely option. More squadmates than ME1's 6 but less than ME2's 10 means 10. Vega, VS, Garrus, Tali, and Liara are already 5.
