Yep, as the title implies the quest is STILL bugged. Unless I read the most recent patch notes wrong, it said it was actually supposed to fix it this time. This is what? 2 patches now and STILL no fix to it? Im not complaining that I cant actually do the quest (because Ive never been able to do it anyway since launch) but at least have your patch do what it says. If it says it fixes something, then it should fix it. At least without the patches you can at least start the quest. As it is now, you dont even get the letter anywhere or anytime during Act 3.
Oh well, I suppose theyll get around to fixing it when they feel like fixing it. It's a pretty minor sidequest so I guess it's not really on their radar of "things that need to be fixed" considering how large the list already is of things that need to be fixed.

Did you start again at the beginning of Act 3 before accepting the quest? I got it to work fine by doing that.

There in lies the problem. I cant even get the quest to activate. I dont even receive the letter at the estate at any point during Act 3.

As of patch 1.02, if you convinced Feynriel to leave for the Tevinter Imperium, Orlanna is the only person present in the camp. She says that Feynriel came to her in a dream, and when she awoke, the guards had killed each other. She asks to be taken to Feynriel, calling him her love, to thank him, but none of the dialogue options allow you to lead her to him. Despite receiving a letter from Feyriel, stating that he made it to the Imperium
