This - Or something along those lines- appeares when i start a "New Game" on DA:O.
I originaly brought DA:O a few weeks ago over steam, created a bioware account, didn't register the game onto the account, completed it, then wanted more.
So i brought DA:O Ultimate over steam, installed everything. This error popped up, so i went onto the bioware website, and redeemed my DLC, still didn't work, - I'm logged into the same account on the game aswell as this website- I then noticed that my game wasn't registed when i was searching the oiptions below my Display Picture, so i redeemed my DA;O Ultimate. Still doesn't work.
Help?
Until you log in with an account that has previously purchesed...

Yeah...people have had consistent problems with that error via Steam ever so often since the game launched.
If you haven't already, make sure the game is patched with the latest thing Steam can throw at you. That's helped in the past. Second to that, check that you've gone through everything both under "Register Games" in your profile and "My Registered Game Content".
Next, make sure you run the game in a profile that's an Administrator, if you haven't so far. Also try using the Repair function in the DA:O configuration from the launcher.
If none of that works, there are some (old) unofficial ways to try to fix here: http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613
...failing that, and irritating though it may be, I'd suggest removing any versions of DA:O on your system and doing a reinstall (although make sure you rescue any important saves first).
If all that fails...and if no-one here can give a definitive fix, then I'd pick it up with EA's customer support.
