I remember reading somewhere that with Mass Effect 3, players weren't going to be given the option to make a custom Shepard from scratch like we were able to do in ME2.

However, I just read a few things on Casey Hudson's twitter in response to fan questions that there have been improvements to the hairstyles for Shepard.

Does this mean we will be able to create a new Shepard again in ME3 like we able to do in ME2 or is there going to a capability that allows us to change the appearance of our Shepards?

I hope so. Especially if they added new hairstyles, then I definitely hope they allow us to adjust our sheps. I mean, barbers exist in the 2180s, yes?
