A moment ago, I installed ME:2 on another PC at my house as well as copied over the contents of the game saves and the modified C.ini file I have on my laptop. For some strange reason though, the movement keybindings don't appear to work or at least, act as if they are not receiving input from the keyboard. I have changed out keyboards and usb ports just to eliminate a hardware problem but no luck so far.
Any idea as to what might be wrong?

Most common cause is a keylogging program messing with the game. Usually it responds to mashing the movement keys as inputting numbers. You can try to rebind the keys and see if mashing them enters numbers, and if so then start looking for a program like ComCast constant Guard or one of it's kindred. There are a few threads about this on the forum. Other than that try posting stats of your comp and we can go from there, but I am betting on third party program causing it.

Wow.... I just downloaded the Comcast constant guard last night and had no idea it would cause this problem. What's the best way to fix it because I'm just getting the numbers like you mentioned?
