In recent interviews we've been told that those NPC's that we have found "important" will be finding a way to ME3. Now we know that they're still making the game and the devs like looking at the forums for feedback. So what would be better than having a thread where people outright state which NPC's they want to see in the next game?

The top rated NPC's wanted in ME3:

1. Conrad Verner - Let's see how he does in Reaper Invasion

2. Aria - I think that the Reapers might mistakenly mess with her...

3. The Biotic God - He needs to finish his nap sometime!

4. The Rachni Queen - It will be nice to have a heart to heart and see if she's grown any bigger.

5. The Consort - She was quite a behind the scenes figure in the Citadel.

6. Captain Kirrahe - He should help Shepard hold the line.

7. Lorik Qui'in - Let's see what this turian has been doing since Noveria.

8. Gianna Parasini - This undercover police officer could do some more good for Shepard.

9. Armistan Banes - Time to find out who this shadowy figure really was and what he wanted.

10. Rana Thanoptis (Asari Scientist) - What sort of mischief is she up to now?

11. Corporal Toombs - A revisit. Is he still sore at the whole "Cerberus" thing?

12. Harkin - Has he started to smuggle Reaper agents into the Citadel for a price?

13. Aethyta - Will she be having a talk with Liara?

14. Balak - Some paragon players have unfinished business with this Batarian.

15. Armando-Owen Bailey - He still has his part to play with C-Sec.

I always really liked Lorik Qui'in, the turian manager of Synthetic Insights on Noveria. Was kind of bummed that he didn't show up in ME2, but I suppose it's not like he had any real reason to. If we go back to Noveria as some people suspect we might, it would be cool to bump into him again. I thought some of his dialogue was great.

Listen to some of the news reports in ME2, there is one that mentions her. So many diplomats...

Why do that when you can give him a "replica" rifle to go along with that armor and push him towards the hordes of husks?

Well Shiala did say she would like to meet up when your not so busy.... but seriously I want to see what that Asari Scientist will be doing in this one... the one from Virmire you let run away and then showed up again at Okeer's facility. I think her name was Rana. i know she's up to something sinister again.

I was also intrigued by Banes.

I'd also like to see the Normandy requisitions officer returning. Maybe selling weapons (spectre weapons if you were reinstated?), weapon mods, and armour parts. Although, I have a feeling there won't be that many weapons, mods, and armour parts to make it worthwile...

Ah yes, Mr. Fly In The Lotion is the best!

Since people mention Banes, then why not Dr. Michel?  Wonder how she's able to function without Shepard to get her out of trouble.  It might also be nice to see how her clinic did after the Citadel attack.

It would be kinda cool if Shiala and Liz Bynum were back in some way. Perhaps the folks on Feros could be useful if only for a place to drop refugees?

For the most part the list is pretty complete that I can see but here's a few others it might be interesting to see again.

Urdnot:

• Scout
• Shaman - Gotta tell him about taking on a baby reaper on foot,  or taking out the Collector race with 12 people, an AI and a Pilot.
• Ambassador to the Female Clan
• URZ!!

Citadel:

• Emily Wong - It would be cool to give her the exclusive on what Shepard was doing those missing years.
• Chorban and Jalheed - Finally find out more on the keepers.
• The couple with the baby - give the story a life is still going on, even though it could end tomorrow moment.
• The Waitress twins - did they survive? Did flux survive?
• All three Origin quest characters - Did the drunk get straightened out? Has he re-enlisted in the face of this threat? What happened to the Colonist girl? And will our Earthborn gangster be a cameo on Earth or the Citadel?
• Barla Von - I recall half expecting my Paragon "Rich Achievement" Spectre to need a money manager after ME1 and now his boss is my GF/(hopefully) Fiance.
• Lia'Vael
• Dude that wants his Omnigel Converter!!

Illium:

• Quarian Slave
• Oriana

Migrant Fleet:

I just basically went through in my head all the little side stories in my playthroughs that hadn't been mentioned and posted them. I doubt Bioware will somehow manage to give them all cameo status or even an email, although they could easily do email.

I'm more worried about the Geth right now, but as for individuals, Chorban and Xeltan top my list so far. Supposedly the Elcor can be capable warriors since they can carry vehicle grade weapons. Maybe Xeltan, being the Elcor diplomat and all, can convince the slow acting Elcor to fight with you (they have really sophisticated combat VIs and combat drones). Something has to have come from the Keeper data. Maybe it will help with the Reapers' genetically modified slaves since the Keepers used to work for the Reapers.
