How about Li (Lilihierax), the Noveria mechanic with a Jersey accent? And for that matter, Willy (Wilihierax), the Presidium groundskeeper who doesn't like funny bumps and may or may not be the dancing turian.

Heh... If it wasn't for that comic I would have definitely put him on the list.

I totally do my best to ignore both that comic and that NPC that mentions him. His dying at the Battle of the Citadel (as was originally intended) is just so much better.

I think they mean Toombs. He should be included in 'Shep's Background Mission Characters'.

Yeah, just replayd the mission about him and Cerberus. He's Corporal Toombs. And I was a bit mistaken. He was trying to revenge one of Cerberus' doctors, and, well, you get the doctor to Alliance for justifying and Toombs...i don't know, to a hospital? Well, there's a history about Akuze where Cerberuse is involved, so it'd interesting whether Toombs' gonna finnaly revenge Cerberus for that business.

 The Asari bartender. Seriously, she's awesome. And Aria, for the same reason.

Other than that:

1. Conrad Verner. He's hilarious.
2. Khalisah Al-Jilani. I refuse to buy another Bioware product after Mass Effect 3 if I can't punch her in the face one more time. 
3. I AM A BIOTIC GOD!!!!!!!! 
4. Blasto as a squadmate.
5. Gianni Parasini. Dunno, I just like her. 
6. The Salarian Bachelor Party/Friendzoned Turian. That whole bar is a mouthful of funny. 
7. Don't know if they count, but Dr. Chakwas/Gabby and Ken.

The Consorts Human Attendant, ever since I saw her in ME1 I've been wondering what her story is. Sure she didn't get as many lines as the Nylenna, (who I was also interested in but looks like she died ) but something about her made me very curious.

I think the guy who ran the party that we met might have been killed. Maybe anyway, I think it was in one of the books or comics. I could be wrong.

Yeah, I was kind of surprised how Conrad just squeeked in there.
