Legion HAS to be squadmate in ME3.

It is a crime that we got Legion so late in ME2 and you can't have them for many recruitment and loyalty missions if you want perfect ending.

It's basic knowledge that every female TFfan has had a crush on Starscream one time. Me included. But now it's Shockwave. God, that one eyed bastard is awesome.

Can anyone actually think of a reason why Legion wouldn't be a squadmate? Wasn't he sent out to communicate/interact with Shepard in the first place? If that's the case there is no reason why he they would leave under his own will.

As long as you activated him, did his loyalty mission and he survived the suicide mission, there should be only one obstacle is the trial.

What will the Alliance do when they find a fully functional Geth on the Normandy? Hell, why will they do to EDI?


I think these questions won't really be answered officially until release due to spoilers though/

Seeing as Legion is a popular character, and wasn't recruited until really late in ME2, I think it would make sense to have it as a squadmate for a significant amount of time, and be helping Shepard at other times. I mean, Legion really admires Shep, and has already helped it out before with the geth heretic issue. I think Shepard's actions in the geth/quarian conflict might impact on Legion's participation in Shep's team.

If Legion survies that he's going to have a rather large role in the game even if he isn't a permanent squad member. He's probably going to be the voice of the Geth for the Quarian/Geth conflict that's going to be in the game so that gives him alot of central importance in the story.

^This you could only use Legion for his loyalty mission and the suicide mission and thats not musch time compared to the whole game, you could only use him more if you did Overlord and LOTSB as post suicide missions, By the end of the quain/geth war in ME 3 he sould ask if he wants to join shepard for the rest of the campaign that way people can use him more often

Its been said a few times in the magazine preview articles that the team from ME2 'split' up after the events of the Suicide Mission.
EDI though is something that we will have to wait and see what happened...from the demo it seems she's OK.  Who knows what the Alliance did.

Yes, I am crossing my fingers Legion gets a lot more squad time in ME3....Legion is awesome and has a fascinating dialog, I would love to be able to spend a lot more time with him.

You know what, my main Shepard doesn't have a romance, and lots of people are talking about how Shep's ending cutscenes should should have Shepard riding off into the sunset with his/her LI. For mine, I think she should have a big party for everyone and then ride off into the sunset with Legion. Because it would be marvellous.

i really would like to have legion in my ME3 squad,along with wrex and mordin.these three seem to be popular enough to return,yet as of right now it looks like he will just be a NPC who helps shepard rally its respcetive race.

legion is one of my favorites would love to see some squad interactions with ash and garrus.my two other favorites.
