During his loyalty mission i get up to the point of interrogating Elias Kelham. But when the c-sec officers drag him into the interrogation room that part of the mission doesn't load so I can't progress with the mission.

I don't know but it might be a script not launching. Try to reload and do that bit again until it triggers.

I normally need to reload it 10 times before it actually launches that part of the mission, and most of the time it just doesn't work. It's annoying as hell =/

I got a problem with this mission too.
Mouse won`t appear though I hear him talking and there`s even subbes for him.
I`ve tried to reload the game many times now, tried to use the rapid transit back and forth, tried loading a save from 10 min earlier.
Don`t want to go all the way back to last mission (Garrus` loyalty mission)

On my 1st playthrough it worked fine.

Edit:
Restarted the mission and there he is.
It wasn`t all the way back to last mission.

So many bugs on the PS3 version, hope Bioware will put more time into bug fixing on the PS3 version for ME3.

the only bugs I've encountered in the game are sound bugs. I will talk to a teammate and the game will cut off the last words of a sentence. Also sometimes when I go in my cabin the music won't play. I will change the song and it will not play anything.

I do agree, they need to patch the game.
