I had to reinstall my Dragon Age origins game after a glitch. Once I got it back, I went to downloadable content and there is nothing there. So I went to manually download it and, even though the downloadoable content is in my list I can't reinstall most of it. Will it aotomatically do so at some point in the game or is it gone for good?

Figured it out. I had to restart my computer.
