So far I put about 33 hours into this game and I'm level 18. I have the Landmeet quest, after that quest is the game over? Also, should I level up a little more if I am close to beating the game?
Also, can I continue the game after I beat it?

The end game is extreamly easy, level 18 is fine, though I was 22ish with a little over 75% of the side quests. So you have missed out on a lot of optional stuff you could go do if you want No you can't continue the game after beating it.

Wait, which landsmeet quest do you have? The one where you talk to the Arl of Redcliffe in his castle about traveling to Denerim? Or are you at the point where the *immediate next step* is actually going to the royal palace for the landsmeet? Because there is a bit of work between those two steps... Also, the game isn't over just yet anyway, you should be able to get one or two levels after the landsmeet...
