I just restarted playing through ME 2 again and I realized again that when you converse with TIM for the 1st time, there's a part when you ask him if Miranda and Jacob can be trusted. TIM explains why they can be trusted and that Shepard will be fine with them.. "For now" I didn't let those 2 words slip my grasp. I have a feeling there's something that going to happen with the foreshadowing in those words. What do you think TIM has in store for Miranda and Jacob in relation to Shepard? Even with everything that you've done with them. Even if they resigned from Cerberus.

I think what TIM had in store was shown at the Collector Base when he demanded that Miranda stop Shepard from destroying the base.
Also, the whole..Cerberus trying to hunt down Shepard in ME3 business.
