Hello,

I entered the code from a bioware points box yesterday.
Then I tried to activate new dlc for mass effect 2, using the menu option
Games -> Mass Effect 2 -> Official DLC
Clicking on "Buy now" for the desired DLC and then PC, I get to the following page:


Account Login
you must confirm your password before going to the checkout:

When I enter my password, I always get the message
"The login details you provided were invalid. Please try again."

Am I doing anything wrong?  I'm pretty sure I entered thje password correctly.

Alternatively I tried to use the Option "New content available" from mass effect 2 directly.
This brings me to the following page

This page shows my registered bioware points, but only gives me the option to buy the "Genesis" DLC, and I don't see an option to select any other dlc on that page.

I coouldn't find any information on this in the FAQs
Any help would be apreciated.

I reckon it's just as it says, a problem with the login info.
I've gone the road to buying DLC as you described, nothing wrong with that.

I used the exact same password when loggin in.
During login it works, here it doesn't.
Or what other "login details" could be invalid?
I tried to get this working since yesterday and I'm really running out of ideas...

You have any non-numeric, non-alpha characters you are trying to use in the password? Those won't work correctly.

That was the problem. I changed the password to alphanumeric and it worked 
I was already losing hope, but now everything is fine and the download is running.
