Well I really enjoyed Thane's loyalty mission where we had to sneak around the Citadel and spying on the turian(forgot his name). And it added to the variet of missions. I am hoping they bring in more variety to the missions and include a stealth misions also because of the upgraded gameplay. I could see the new cover system used in avoiding Cerberus operatives.

Yeah and of course similar to how the start of Arrival occured... only if they do it, please Bioware allow it so Infiltrators CAN use their Tactical Cloak and it not cause them to be 'spotted'. Infiltrators DO infiltrate... even if Geth don't :P

That was a really boring mission IMO, and prone to bugging out so it frustrating have to restart.

I want a real stealth mission on a Cerberus station that ends in me killing TIM by myself.

True, which is why I mentioned about Tactical Cloak being allowed in a proper stealth mission. Using another reference, it bugged me in Kasumi's loyalty mission that Shep couldn't use Tactical Cloak to sneak by the guys if you took the outside route to get into Hock's room. Would've been cool if you could've used cloak to shoot the glass, quickly use cloak again when the guards are alerted, then sneak by them.

also, why can't we cloak constantly like kasumi after her recruitment? If we can design the cain, we should be able to reverse engineer a cloaking system that's right in front of us.

I think a mission where the player is forced to be stealthy or it fails would annoy a lot of people (I wouldn't mind, I'm a fan of stealth games) however, if a mission was made similar to arrival where you have the option to either sneak in, or shoot everything that moves, it would be a great edition. I also like the idea of said mission being to infiltrate Cerberus.

Please no, if they don't do it just right stealth missions can be a game breaker.

I'd like this as well.

If you mean cloaking continuously for ME2, I can confirm that it is possible to do so in ME2 per level now.
