That sick Batarian on Mordin's recruitment,

in same mission those few Batarians listen to reason( oh but playing Paragon is big problem to you),
yeah, they listen to reason in your effort to talk them out of murdering an unarmed doctor. Also Paragon status isn't necessarily my problem; it's Shepard-of-any-stripe's uncanny ability to utterly dominate the minds of other people with persuasion choices that I object to. Shepard can make anyone do or say anything no matter how impossibly out of character it is. That's why I'd rather leave those examples out of the discussion. Theyre an automatic "I win" button nuclear option that severely undermines NPC character motivation, but that's a whole new thread in itself.
shopkeeper on Omega,
Forgot this guy. I'll have to go back and have a look at how he interacts with Shepard.
Garrus saying he had a Batarian tech with him
Already acknowledged, but as I have said repeatedly, this is a character Shepard never actually interacts with. The player has no experience with this character. As I already stated, there are plenty of moderate batarians in the canonical material--it's just that Shepard never, ever meets a single one of them. None. Never. Ever. I can only assume there must be a reason for that. Personally I think it's because Bioware are fully intending to foster some hostility in the playerbase toward batarians. I really don't know how much longer or more emphatically I can keep restating this: I don't believe all batarians are ****s; it's just that every batarian my Shepard meets is a huge jerkass.
and little sad music while Shepard doesn't seem very happy after killing 300 000 Batarians.
Not sure what this has to do with the thread.
