If the reapers leave Africa alone then all the white people are going to go to Africa. And I don't the the Africans are going to be happy about that! And then....they will get pay back for slavery!

I'm sure you're playing devil's advocate, but all the bleeding heart stuff about Europe ruining Africa is so tired and silly. It's always been the dirty little corner of the earth. It's not as if Europeans walked into it when everyone was healthy and provided for and then they walked out and it was in the awful state it's in. They live in the middle ages largely because their rulers only allow them to live that way.
