 I had some PC issues for the last couple months and finally go to a stable point again and was going through and re-installing games. I got DA2 done and tried to load it up, it want's me to re-activate again....

Yes, I'm using the same account as the one used to create this post
As you can see, BioWare portal has me registered for DA2
I can unregister and re-register my DA2 CD Key on BioWare portal all day long
Yes, I tried to un-register the game from BioWare, then re-register through this EA launcher/registration thing, still gave me same message "already registered cd key."

The EA activation launcher cannot find this account for some reason. It tells me the CD key is already registered....yes it is....to me. Again, BioWare portal has it correct, this dumb EA launcher/activator can't figure it out.

Anyone point me to a fix? Thanks.

I've got the same problem, you can look it up under the title "activation problem" just above/below your post. I have not yet been able to get the game to launch because of this double activation problem, which I believe may be due to the activation code licensing my PC (when installing) and this conflicting with the code when I'm prompted to activate the game with my account, which I have to do to play the game.

Am in contact with EA tier 3 support (tier 1 and 2 having passed me on). Still in the process of discussing this with them, I'm not yet convinced that they understand the problem, which may be my descriptive abilities.
