Why do some people believe that TIM is indoctrinated and working with the Reapers? Can anyone bring evidence that supports this theory.
As of right now I'm having a hard time believing this.
Reapers indoctrinate TIM just so he can revive Shepard, rebuild the Normandy, have squad of bad asses, and then hunt down the collectors?

I don't believe that either. He is working with the Reapers, but I doubt he was forced to. He must have his own reasons.

Demo has shepard say a line mentioning that they (cerberus soldiers attacking them) are indoctrinated, its most likely TIM was only indoctrinated when the reapers returned
