Any chance at all? Would be sweet to have a krogan and a yahg in your squad.

The yahg are branded as outcasts by the council, considering the Normandy now belongs to the alliance, I doubt they'd let you keep one. What's more, in the lair of the shadow broker, liara said that the original shadow broker only wanted the yahg "as a slave or a pet" therefore it would be the original shadow brokers doing that he even got off of Parnack in the first place.

The chances of meeting any Yahg at all is very small, considering that they are not space-faring races... A squadmate would be cool though (Yahg romance!)

I don't think so, the yahg are a very primitive species (in terms of the rest of the galaxy) and the Shadow Broker was a genius if compared to the others of his species.

I'd say unlikely, and primarily not for in-game reasons. Bioware would have to make sure just about every single environment in the game will accomodate the large frame of a yahg. Considering how rare they are supposed to be and how much one's presence in the squad would disproportionately influence world/level design, I have to assume this just won't happen.

That said, on one specific mission it could be a possibility. Still kinda doubt it though.

Squadmate? Probably not.

...Yahg-Sue?

Anyway, yeah, from a technical standpoint alone, probably not, unless you could somehow have a 'younger' one. Heck, they had to downsize Shale in DA: O for those same reasons from what I recall.

...Maybe a ride-the-Yahg (not that way...) vehicle section?

I'm fairly sure the reapers only go after space faring species, otherwise it would just set back the whole cycle for years and eventually they'd come round one year to find that there's nothing left to kill.

Only if my Shepard gets to punch them out again. I think it would be a bad idea to be quite honest.

I agree.  They were left on their planet and forgotten for a reason.

They're too big! I think I remember reading somewhere about how they couldn't have an Elcor squadmate for the same reason. On a technical level it would be too much hassle.

Idk personally(It makes sense we would not),but it would be pretty awesome to walk around with a Krogan and a Yahg. I do agree with that.

A Yahg squadmate would break the games cover system, so probably not.

Wow, this would definitely be interesting and also a challenge to get a Yahg into Squad.

I actually like the idea... in a way.
But this race still needs to be kept under control.
Looking at the big picture here reminds us that the whole universe is in danger.
Reapers see resistence and threat in humans - reason they begin wiping out Earth first.
So, in general I don't mind at all if a well developed intelligent Yahg joins squishing the Reapers.

Plus I am still hoping live Protheans to be revealed and maybe one even joining the Squad in Mass Effect 3.
Prothean knowledge has somehow survived so far - the efforts were too great for them to be extinct like this.
There must have been an essential prepared group of smartest who escaped and live in exile somewhere.
Such massacre gave a lesson that nobody ever wants to go through again. Info needed to be shared.
Protheans gave everything they could. The Beacon, Vigil etc... So, lets not loose hope.

Back to Yahg fans. I kinda hope for this squadmate too - this would definitely give an experience.
Should you want to obtain a Yahg from Parnack make sure to beat the creature with an option:
a) dominance through social maneuvering
B) dominance through brute force

Here is exactly what WIKI says
http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Yahg

Once the leader is established, the defeated yahg do not hold a grudge and former rivals serve their new superior loyally.

Sure we can manage without a Yahg, but it is always good to have choices -
choices & variety between different characters, races, talents and skills.
So, why not in ME3 - it would be the first time to have one in Squad.

Yes the size of the Yahg is a challenge if they don't shrink it.
I can't imagine it hiding like other squadmates :o)
We humans have solution to everything - yes?

Anyway, promos and news are promising pretty much.
This better be EPIC as they say! :o)
