Um, you can make Anora the sole ruler, and let Alistair stay as a Grey Warden.
Unless you count "making Alistair agree to Morrigan's little deal" as not normal, in which case, there is no way.

Any other ways involve Alistair being king (sole or jointly with Anora) or dead.
