I need to know about getting Pinnacle Station again.  I reinstalled my OS, but I apperently didn't back up my download of Pinnacle Station.  I can't load any of my saves now (which I remembered to back up) because of it.

I'm curious about Pinnacle as well - I can't download it off Origin as it already says I have it/installed but I just reinstalled ME1 recently and I never ran a Pinnacle station install Nevermind I can't access much information beyond it giving me the Pinnacle CD key - do we just enable it in game via that now or do we have to punch the code in elsewhere?

I wish they'd update the information for the older games as they change up these sites and make it less of a hassle to keep our older games current.

If you actually legitimately own it, then I would suggest either get it from torrents, or contactnig EA support to find out where they have hidden the links.

Thanks guys.  I logged into the site to see if I could look up anything about my having paid for it, but I got nothing.  

I found my digital rights code in the email they sent me so I guess I get it through a torrent and then use my code.

Doesn't that use the EA download manager or Origins manager now?? You should be able to set it up in that. Sorry I don't have any experience with EADMs.

Looking at my email I ordered it on September 24, 2009. I used the link and used the customer service link, but the only game that shows up is Battlefield 2142 under the "my games" tab.

I tried downloading a torrent, but all I got was a file I couldn't use. Said something was missing.

Then I would suggest the EA.com live chat support option. It will probably be your safest and best hope to get it right in a timely and without viruses or corruption fashion.

Spoke to customer service and realized I had an account that I used to buy pinnacle station and register Mass Effect, but forgot about. This thread can be locked.
