Well, I think  I've exhausted every other avenue.

After following possibly every step possible, I finally fixed my launcher problem with DA:O.

Then I get into game and it says that my DLC is unauthorised, even though my account says it clearly is.

I've restarted my computer a few times, and I'm running out of ideas.

It's the Ultimate edition that I bought off of steam, and I'm running windows 7 64 bit.

Reboot your computer, launch the game, and sit in the main menu screen (the one with the sword). Do a CTRL-ALT-DEL and run the task manager. Go to the process tab and look for DAUpdatersvc.service.exe. If it is NOT there, you need to consult the Solutions Round-up, below.
