How do I access Black Emporium?
How do I access chest in the room without bunks, in Gamlen's house?

The Black Emporium is a DLC, and when you get it, you also get a Mabari to fight alongside you. I personally prefer the mabari in origins, but you can summon this one despite having a full party.
And as far as I know about the chests...simply open the door.

1) The black emporium is simply a location on the world map. If you have it installed, you can find it to the lower left of darktown.
2). Just like you would any other chest in the game?

The Black Emperium (is that how you spell it?) is unlocked as the posters above say. The chest in Gamlem's house is only unlockable if you have extra items, like preorder weapons and armor.
