I like this idea, but it would be better if it's a random squadmate every time so you wouldn't know what to expect next time you play

Reminds me too much of the star wars everybody falls to the darkside thing.
After all the experience these guys have had with reapers it would seem utterly stupid to spend anything other than the shortest time possible on a reaper ship.

The story of ME3 surely is finished so it makes "little sense" exposing this ideas now..... Aside from that.... I've always been quite afraid of this "Hey writers I have an idea" threads, most times I think they aren't good.

Is this thread supposed to cause fan rage? If not indocrination is too cheap way to add drama. I have nothing against tragic situations, Galaxy is dying after all, but indocrinated squadmates would too predictable, especially if they "kidnapped". Shepard's possible indocrination may be a bit better for me if done right. I mean, what if some of squadmates decide that Shepard is indocrinated and leave her/him?

Honestly, I'm a fan of anything that penetrates Liara's plot-armour. Seriously, her inability to die just isn't fair.
...I'm not saying that I want to kill Liara. She's adorable. But in ME3, Liara should be just a likely to die as anyone else!

More likely Shepard was implanted with Reaper tech during Lazarus, gets activated (ala Saren) and the squad has to stop him. Might be the "twist" that some people have mentioned.
