So I notice that Morrigan isn't at my camp. Now, before you go on about how she left and that was my choice and all that wonderful stuff. I must point out that I died at the end of my game and yet here I am walking around as strong as ever. My point here is, can we get back any characters (just in case Morrigan isn't the only one you can lose) that the game took away from us? The save is supposed to be before the siege of Denerim, and Morrigan was definately there up to the siege.

If you turn down Morrigan's offer, she leaves back in Redcliffe. She's not around for the return to Denerim.

But, she IS around up til you leave and the siege begins. There is no meet and greet in Denerim.

No, she leaves the night before you do, while the Horde is still marching to Denerim. The Epilogue save takes place after your group starts marching, which is already after she leaves.Sean0883 wrote...

How is that even relevant? There is no meet and greet in Denerim.

I don't remember it saying anything to the tune of "still marching to Denerim." Just that the time frame is just before the siege of Denerim.
The "no meet and greet in Denerim" is relevant because Redcliffe is the last location you are at before the siege of Denerim. If this is all supposed to be before the marching to Denerim, she would be back in my party. Though, if it is as you say, and is during the march, she would be gone as you mentioned.
Lastly, I don't revert back to the level of before I left, or even during the march. I am the level I was up to and after defeating the Archdemon. So if I am supposed to suspend disbelief and accept I am now a higher level than I was before I left (time paradox much?) why can't Morrigan be in my group as well? It's not like I can continue the story. It's just for the DLC, and she was a major member of my party before Denerim, I would like to explore the DLC with her.

Because it's part of the penalty for turning her offer down. I would like to have both Alistair and Loghain in my party.

What you are asking for is against the game's rules. Now if I were asking for Zevran, who I killed, I would understand why I don't get him back. It was my choice whether or not he gets to join my party, and I refused him the right. I do understand that the point you are making, and I get why it makes sense. But if she did leave just before the march started, and if the save is indeed before the march, I should have Morrigan back. If it's after/during then w/e.

Yeah, it seems to me that the point of restoring you to the time prior to the end of the game is to allow you to continue your adventures unburdened by the consequences of the world altering decisions that are made in the wake of the landsmeet, and that should include Morrigan's deal as well as the Alistair/Loghain situation...but then these are the kind of complications you run into with a game where big changes occur at the climax. Personally I'd rather see the ending retconned so that DLC set after the end can actually make sense.
