 In me2 we had the lazarus project, In DA2 there was a magical mirror to change hawkes appearance, whats gonna happen in ME3?

 Is shepard gonna have the option to surgically change his/her face so (s)he's less recognized or something (yeah, thats dumb but i'm not deleting it, it's just an example)
