nah it has quite a few spoilers before that too, but in a sense its a lot like in movie trailers where they show you the most amazing scenes from all over the movie, and only when you are finished do you go "ah thats where that and that scene were from"

the other trailer there is pretty awesome too. so you can make cutscenes like that with the toolset? awesome. Maybe i should look into making something, its just so tempting to game isntead of making something

the friend needing convincing loved Jade Empire and Mass Effect, but is unwilling to play this because combat isn't actioney enough, clicking on an enemy once to start fighting isn't direct enough for him. i guess i just have to show him myself how awesome it is.

I didn't mind it at all! And I had just got the game! I hardly remembered anything of it once I got into the game! I just linked Wabfloyd's because that is an impressive toolset mastery display and well, it does not contain spoilers.

I like my "Gladiator" one too and I guess it could be used for that purpose... at least the soundtrack is awesome! (I Am the One =)

heh.. the mod maker is the guy who made the video... I'd think the mod has the same title as the video!

Because no one is forcing you to watch it? Please read previous posts from OP, Moderator and BW in this thread...and forgive me for stepping in the way but your post just annoyed me... I'd have pm'ed a moderator to complain instead of publicly saying that "I say it shouldn't be here so remove it even if all posts before said that it is ok for this to be here!"

Kevin Lynch is a mod.. As said before, there are no spoilers in the open and no one's forcing you to watch it.

Welcome to the Trailer Edition WOW club! That guy is a wizard with the toolset cinematics capabilities and I like his mod as well. I tried to work with the toolset and the wiki tutorial on cutscenes but heck, I couldn't go past the first line... it is a whole different tech language than what I'm used to and I don't even speak english! (well, I do but not as primary language) =P But I'll still try it and if I ever make something slightly similar to that, I'll die a happier man!

Only thing is that the items are a bit overpowered and the heads are auto installed. Although we can choose not to buy anything from the added NPC and I personally like the heads, it would be good to have the head morph as optional.

It's pretty much the hardest genre to emulate with sound mixing programs which sucks. Curse you, orchestral music. Why must you be so perfectly epic? ;-;
