Ok, here is the question, I am one of those people who cannot log into the server at launch. I have already downloaded the signature items and dlc pack onto my computer and I can see them in my addon section. The problem is, they are locked because I am not logged on to the server to unlock them. Is there a way to unlock the item that have been downloaded onto my computer. If I double click the addon items and I can see the script and someone told me that the 1 infromt of the additem is the lock. Now I assume that can be changed, but I do not know how. Please help if possible, if not then I am just stuck with out dlc's and sig itmes. Thanks for anybody who can help.

Yes it's possible, though not through legal means. For obvious reasons I'm not going to link to cracked executables.
I don't know, your best bet would probably be seeking help in the support fora for this, or contacting a BioWare rep to solve this.

I have already gone through EA, for over a month now, with no answer, they too told me that maybe one of the medator could help. Trying to figure out how to get hold of someone from bioware. I placed the problem in self help tech, now here hoping that somebody from bioware will look or at least answer. My connection problem is know with bioware and they are working on the solution, or atleast that what the teir 3 techs tell me from EA. I am just trying to figure out how to get in contact with bioware. If you look at tech support it only sends you to EA, which cannot help me. Still hoping from a anwser from bioware. If you know a way that would help. Thanks for your response. I am not trying to do this illegally, just looking for help and not sure how to get it.

Oh, dear me. You contacted EA support? You fool! That way lies only madness ;)
As for contacting BioWare; try PM'ing Chris Priestly, he is the community liason after all.Who knows, he might be able to point to someone that can help, or at the very least verify it's a known issue they're working on.
I asume you already checked things like making sure your firewall isn't blocking anything or tried plugging the computer directly in the modem if you're behind a router, etc, etc?

Also, I don't know how good your Internet connection is, but I have noticed that the DA2 servers are really finicky when it comes to timeouts. If I play DA2 while downloading something and thus DA2 doesn't get the first pick of the bandwidth (so to speak), I too often get a  "can't connect" error or a "lost connection" message while playing.

I know its not the internet connection, running direct cable to computer with 20mb download. As for firewall and virus protection, I turned them completely off and still didn't work. The nice thing is I can still play the game, its just sucks paying for something and not using it lol. Such is life I guess, been lucky until now, with all of the games, first serious bug ever. Thats my luck though, if I am going to have one, it will be nasty lol.
