Just asking, if we don't have kinect, are we going to be screwed?

Lionhead is doing it with their Journey title, but I lost faith in them with fable 3.
I lost faith in them at Fable 1, still bought the rest out of habit and the need to experiment with how many npcs I can do in a row then slaughter.

Journey is a standalone Fable title though, designed specifically for Kinect, not Fable 4. It's very different to standard Fable titles.Skirata129 wrote...

So yes,you can play ME3 just fine with a controller. Kinect will only be used to issue voice commands (which you can do in the pause wheel) or to say dialogue choices (which you can use controller for like usual). They havent elaborated on any other kinect features.

I think it's rather safe to assume Xbox 720 (or however its called) will have (improved) Kinect built-in. Let's just hope the motion features will STILL be mandatory even though everyone will have Kinect by default.neubourn wrote...
They will NEVER make a regular game that makes Kinect Mandatory (Kinect games get their own purple box), because they know the vast XBOX population does not won kinects, and they would not only lose sales, but ****** people off in the process.

lol Players probably ended up smooching the tv for [KISS HIM/HER] option.Crayon Goblin wrote...
There will be a lot of broken TVs as Vanguards biotic charge into their screens. Also, I wonder how the Kinect will support love scenes? Hm.
I don't know about Kinect supporting tech/biotic use of power. It seems a bit difficult to actually aim at the enemies. But then again, I don't have Kinect. Maybe they could incorporate it in minigames like hacking.

I don't know what such achievements might be anyway, it would be stupid to have some based on how many times you used a voice command. And it would ****** me off to get one for issuing certain commands a certain number of times based solely on kinect. That would make it feel like the kinect voice command is less of an option and more like a mandatory thing.

I started a thread on Shepard being moved by the Kinect so we could sorta like dance with Shepard when we feel like screwing around in the game and take a break from the seriousness of the game too lol.

1. Choose Dialog
2. Use Battle Commands instead of ability wheel.
