They seem like a given to me. They're the only ones that have been by Shepard's side through all three games, and Quarians and Turians seem to be attracted to each other anyway (Or at least you see a lot of Quarian/Turian couples around the citadel and Ilium. I think I heard somewhere in the game something about them having similar biology or something. I can't remember the exact quote.) Plus, they're just cute together and both are a bit awkward when it comes to being intimate.

I always thought Grunt and Jack would be two destructive, bloodthirsty peas in a pod. I've also liked the idea of Samara/Thane and Mordin/Chakwas. Probably more of a professional interest on the latter, though, considering the fact that it's...you know. Mordin.

I support this. Can someone make a signature bar for it? We should really bring this up, it'd be awesome. Anyway here's my suggestion list:
Miranda and Jacob: The two Cerberus people. They have a past, and if you played Mass Effect Galaxy you know more about that. I think they should get back together before the end.
Garrus and Tali: The two pretend to hate eachother, but I think that's really just ignorance. They are in truth a whole lot closer than they first appear.
Jack and Vega: All right, so we know almost nothing about Vega. But he is a firm Alliance Marine, this would be interesting as Jack is normally resistant of any power form. But I think it would be cool if they kind of grew close through bickering and such. And it'd also make Vega more than just "the guy I'm going to leave on the Normandy and ignore".
Kelly and Thane: Kelly can do the whole "flashback" thing, and seems to really be hurt by it. Considering she is sympathetic to all the crewmembers, I think she can relate the most to Thane. Besides, storywise, Thane needs a Siha to make it more dramatic. Otherwise, Kelly could do a S/S relationship with someone.
Kenneth and Gabby: These two were kind of together in Mass Effect 2, but it was never directly stated. It'd be interesting to see Donnelly get more serious about their relationship as the third game goes on.
Harbinger and Turian Councilor: It'd be the battle of the memes.
Anywho, these wouldn't have to be full on romances, they could just be snippets, but the fact that they would be in there would make things that much better.

I'm surprised at the number of people who take Kasumi seriously enough to think she really has a romantic interest in Jacob based on one line of random dialog where she is appreciating his body. In case nobody else noticed, Kasumi is kind of a flirt and a gossip.

Never mind this Tali/Kal nonsense. Kal'Reeger seems a very honor-bound, dutiful soldier, but I never saw any romantic flair between him and Tali.

It takes far more than two characters talking to each other for me to be able to jump to a conclusion that they are in love. I honestly don't know where you people are picking up these ideas.

Technically its not entirely unlikely since if the Devs ever did decide to pursue this type of romance in the game they can set up who ends up with who

Realistically, I don't see this kind of romance being put into the game mainly because it would be adding too much romance into the game.

While it is a nice subplot in the game, adding an additional 6 or more for all the main characters that appeared in the game series would be a lot to handle and possibly distract from the main plot of the game. It would turn ME3 into a dating Simulator >.>

Still, doesn't hurt to play around with the idea

It doesn't have to be something big. Maybe a bit more than the Isabella/Fenris romance in DA2, especially if the characters have been around for a while.
