I would love romance between squad-mates, but it woud be hard to implement. Just imagine how hard people would rage if their beloved Garrus/Tali/whoever had laid his eyes on a fellow crew member.

I wish there could be some kind of romance "lock", after which you cannot switch between romance interests anymore. After this "lock" everyone on the ship can feel free to involve themselves in the Normandy-love-game.

But nothing they've said precludes it. All I know is that they've got chemistry, it's cute and I'd like it to happen. There's nothing 'unlikely' about the two of them getting together (unless Tali is with Shepard) just because they aren't explicitly together yet.

What's the big deal? Plenty of people are asking for other characters to be Shepard's LI when they haven't shown any prior interest in Shepard, like Joker and Kasumi. Heck, Tali herself wouldn't be an LI if people hadn't liked her and wanted to see her with Shepard.

Obviously we can't point to anything that indicates Tali and Reegar are romantically interested in each other, but the same goes for all the other suggestions that are getting posted on here. Just because we can't point out definite example doesn't make a relationship between X and X unlikey to happen. I can't see some of the relationships people are posting for happening, but that doesn't mean I'm going troll on here trying to make them feel stupid for liking the idea of it.

Plus this is just a thread, no one said this is actualy going to happen. Its just a place for people to voice out characters they'd like to see in a relationhip together.

It is unlikely because both Tali and Kal'Reegar could be death by ME:3. This means a lot of wasted memory

Well true if they died in the game then it would be, but the same goes for the other romance pairs if they died

I love the idea. Makes the characters feel more independent. I'm particularly fond of pairing Kaidan and Miranda.

I don't really care much for the way that all male and female beings that exist in TV, movies and now video games NEED to pair up. Can we not be satisfied with platonic and professional work relationships ever?

Except for Liara and the virmire survivor offcourse BTW does anyone know if Liara has any special lines if you do her missions afther you finish the main quest and your LI died?

I think she just refers to losing people during the Suicide mission. Don't recall her saying anything specific about the LI dying. I do think she will refer to them under the impression of still being alive though.

On second thought: While it may add some additional emotion for the crew I don't want it to turn into "loveboat.

Also I don't want it to take away development time for getting a good main story and good gameplay.

If there is room or time for details like that I'm ok with it as long as it isn't overdone.

I agree, Garrus and Tali would be like at least very good friends due to the amount of time they've spent together on the Normandy, y'know, if you ignore some of ME1 Garrus' harsher elevator chats with her. Plus that one short conversation they had in ME2 on the Citadel show that they tease each other, showing their familiarity.

If we'd have one golden ticket for this in ME3, i would recommend Garrus-Tali relationship too. Should I remind the Turian in Ilium ? LOL. That would be awesome.

I think having Kal'Reegar with Tali would be cute, if she is un-romanced.

Also, I want Kasumi to finally put the moves on Jacob. I really doubt either of them would appear in the main party, but maybe if they were in the same mission/cameo together, or referenced it when you see them (well, Kasumi would probably reference it, Jacob would probably be more reserved).

And not romance, but it'd be so good to see Jack and Zaeed running round the galaxy together. Possibly with Grunt.

I could see a few squadmates hooking up so long as they are still alive, and if Shep doesn't interfere.

Or at least with those two 'couples' at least one half of each expressed interest in the other. Kasumi has a crush on Jacob, and in ME1 Kaidan will tell Shep that he thinks Liara is hot. The question is, would Jacob also be interested in Kasumi, and would Liara be into Kaidan?

The rest I see as single, or at least not shacking up with anyone else on the squad.

Garrus: I don't see Garrus with anyone other than a Turian female. So unless we get one on the squad, I think he'd be single or seeing someone outside the squad. Even the romance dialogue with a Fem Shep (disgusting by the way) hints that's he's not physically attracted to human females at all, he just likes Shep.

Tali: If any character in the game I'd say probably Kal'Reegar, but as far as we know he isn't on the squad.

Ashley: She'd be another one I could possibly see paired with Kaidan, except one of them is dead in ME3. So, if alive she's single or dating someone off the ship. Or perhaps Vega, depending on how his character turns out. It seems he's going to be a badass infantry Marine, which sounds compatible at least.

Wrex: Unless there is a Krogan female on the squad, single.

Grunt: Same as above

Mordin: Unless there is a Salarian female on the team, single.

Miranda: Standards are probably too high to be in a relationship, casual or otherwise, with anyone on the team except Shep. Single.

Zaeed: To paraprhase Vorenus, one of my favorite characters from the series Rome: When was the last time he was with a woman that wasn't crying, or wanting payment? Single.

Samara: Has sworn off romantic attachments. Immune to Shep's charms, and therefore definitely without a shadow of a doubt...SINGLE.

Jack: Can't see her with either Jacob or Kaidan, and aliens don't seem to be her thing. Single or seeing someone outside the ship.

Legion: Making love to Tali, not war. Just kidding...single.

Morinth: Hopefully Jacob! "Heavy risk, but the priiiiiiii...............AAAhhh..Uhhhh...UGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!  *thud*
