What would ruin ME3?

For me, it would be an quick resolution. When the smoke clears and the reapers are gone, I hope to get more than just a cutscene. I would love to see something like the ending of Red Dead Redemption.

Something would have to be canon in the first place in order to be retconned.ForumPortal wrote...

I'm a PC player and Mass Effect is primarily a game for consoles. Console ports nowadays are often quite poorly done and if ME3 was ported badly, the game would be ruined for me. ME2's "port" was quite good. It still lacked things like AA, proper mouse sensitivity options (had to edit the config files which was a bit of a pain) but overall it was pretty good and I was pleased.
I'm hoping ME3 will be just as good if not better.

well im fully expecting a deus ex machina ending so that wouldnt really ruin it for me, though it'd be nice if it was a bit more clever than that.
having one ending would be lame.
making some choices be flat out better than others, more content, more rewards, more help, ect.
LI's and other super major characters being reduced to a cameo status
poorly balanced classes.
ect. ect. ect.
i could go on, i'd prefer not to focus on what could go wrong though lol

like if you didnt get an upgrade for the normandy in ME2 someone died, if you do the nasty in ME3 that person died :/
Reaper Joe: "this person is carrying shepard's DNA, what do i do harbinger?"
Harbinger: "destroy the carrier, but preserve shepard's semen"
O.o

Good one. ME2 was great, but we don't need a repeat of that.-Skorpious- wrote...

One thing would ruin the replayability of the entire series: Shepard's death being unavoidable.

Past experiences and/or interest in one team do not automatically exclude a possibility of a character playing for the other team as well. That's just how it is.Clonedzero wrote...

Pursuit of the "CoD dollars" will be the death of BW as a AAA developer.
