The Reapers being defeated too easily, without unimaginable losses.

A "Stargate" ending with Shep deploying a bomb on the main Reaper.
A "Matrix Revolutions" ending with Shep becoming a Reaper to stop the Reapers.
Bioware listening when they should be laughing at some of the ideas that people give them.
A time limit to get from one planet to the next.
Resources found in small quantities.
Finding out that Cerberus was able to salvage a little tech from the Collector's destroyed base.
Not being able to save those that can be saved.
Being forced to move through the game at certain plot points.
Just releasing 2 or 3 DLCs.
Not being able to continue the game to hunt down the remaining Reapers spread across the galaxy.
Taking away the joy of having the Turian council member resign and maybe let Garrus take his place.
Basically everything else is clean up and tying up the small lose ends. I still want my Shep VI.

Only one thing would ruin it completely: multiplayer.

One thing would ruin the replayability of the entire series: Shepard's death being unavoidable.

These, and forced LI/squadmate deaths. And on a more personal level to me, if they changed Tali from being a permanent squaddie to a temp squaddie. Which is highly unlikely.

You know, I really don't see why people find multiplayer to be so offensive. As long as the main game doesn't suffer, who cares?

Multiplayer wouldn't be bad. Just make it like Spec-OPs from CoD. Two player co-op with completely different characters fighting in the same war.

Also Garrus or any other squad mate having a forced death just to up the drama. I would personally fly over to Bioware and give them a real invasion. >:(

Because I'm 99% the main game would suffer. No matter how good the SP game is, if they include MP, then the resources used in MP should've been used to make the SP game even better.

Multiplayer is what I want from a CoD game. Not from Mass Effect.

which is why my idea of it being a post me3 release add-on is in my oppinion ok.
we know that what ever is going to happen to the reapers is gonna be resolved at the end of the main game
and bw has already said they are for sure gonna have dlc so that means all of the dlc is gonna be

A. side quests

B. post reaper clean up

so any resources they use on making mp a dlc WILL NOT affect the sp (main story)

Name one thing you could imagine being (or not being) in Mass Effect 3, that would ruin the game for you.

For me, it would  be an quick resolution. When the smoke clears and the reapers are gone, I hope to get more than just a cutscene. I would love to see something like the ending of Red Dead Redemption.

My main fear is for the ending. I don't want a cliffhanger I want to play through an actual satisfying conclusion to Shepard's story. If they botch the ending I will be very very sad Image IPB and very very angry Image IPB and full of vengeance Image IPB.

The ending foreshadowing a possible MMO.

Like a stalemate with the Galaxy vs. Reapers + Indoctrinated/Collaborator forces just to have the usual 2 warring factions nonsense.

Not being able to soak up the atmosphere of areas like Aria's or the Citadel without a Reaper dropping in on your head. I know its a galaxy at war, but a strong point in the previous titles was immersing your self in environments that were simply fun to be in. There needs to be pauses in the action where things don't seem totally hepless and apocalytic.

QTE:s. God I hate them. They are a plague. QTE:s are the reason I did not play TheWitcher 2 more than prologue. I dispise them. I want to have a big labor camp for devs implementing QTE:s in games. There they would be served only bread and water, and they would have to design games for damn mobile whatever, that used to be a cell phone.

At this point, I wouldn't put it beyond Bioware/EA to do something like this and it just might make me go cold turkey on Bioware altogether. I really do hope Mass Effect 3 gets a proper ending and restore my faith in the developer.

Too much focus on being a generic shooter and not enough on rpg-elements, story and details which make ME stand out.

less than 4 hour gameplay, (yes theres games that came out this and previus year that only had about 4 hours of gameplay and in the same pricetag at those new games)

They're about the same to be honest. Its just that RPG fanboys have a greater vocabulary in obscure words than FPS fanboys. :bandit:

LMAO.That was good:lol: maybe <_<

I just hope there isn't a lot of ponies running around.Unless someone has a good recipe.Choices having no meaning would also be lame.

mandatory deaths of important characters.

Don't get me wrong, Virmire was a brilliant point of the plot and served the story well, but I preferred it when you only lost characters because of your own poor choices. I think it should be possible to have a perfect Shepard where you come out with all of the allies you recruited, like ME2.

point the second: Left 4 Mass Effect. I'm hoping the Husks don't dominate the game. I've always thought the Reapers were intent on 'upgrading the Galaxy' and all that, so what kind of evolutionary benefit is there to sticking some wires in an Asari and making her flesh rot away? I've always seen the Husks as creations of the servants of the reapers (Collectors/Heretic Geth), pale imitations of the true upgrades they intend to enforce. I'd pictured someone who had been indoctrinated by the Reapers and upgraded by them as being like Saren, normal on the outside, uber-powerful on the inside. Saren's flesh only burned away to reveal the implants when Sovereign enforced his control, the sheer power of the Reaper burning away the organic matter. So yeah, no straightforward zombie shooter please.

Shepard unavoidable death.
Squadmate unavoidable death. Though i will say i would be happy for our choices to mean certain squadmates die(ie virmire).
Miranda's character being sidelined.
