1. Return of stat based accuracy.
2. Removal of ammo powers as a skill.
3. No Warp Ammo.
4. Lack of a Krogan squadmate.
5. Lack of Sentry interface. I wish I could wear the damn ting to the trial.

If extremely ambivalent choices you made in previous games completely blocked off a path in the game ie, the Geth are suddenly your enemies because the virus that you reprogrammed the Heretics with somehow turned them to the Reapers side. That would be a completely ridiculous way to punish the player. Why make the game that much harder for someone that made a simple judgement call? Oh, and I'm really happy that there are Rachni husks because that means that the Reapers can't control the Rachni as a whole.

For me, its all in the story. I honestly see little Bioware can do to ruin it but a less than stellar story would be disappointing.

No ME4. If the ending is close ended and all 'the galaxy was then forever peaceful and tra la la la la' then I'll be pissed. Stopping the reapers definitely shrinks the scope of the narrative so I hope there is something to broaden it once again.
