When my Shepard dies in a Last Stand/sacrifice, the only thing that can be heard is this. As Sheppy blasts people or flys to his death, this will play accompanied with flashbacks of companions, loved ones and the people he cared about.
Though if my Shepard has to die, I'd prefer it to be something along the lines "One must stay behind so others can leave", since I'd hate it if the enemy would cause his death.
That's actually the ending I would want in ME3.
