or at least I think it should be more personally, to mess with Shepard's mind.

No thanks.... don't need anymore Dead Space 2 type flashes while playing... they were just annoying.

never played dead space...sorry?  I was hoping it would be more subtle rather than a flash something is different.  more like if that boy in the vent was never there and what happened to the boy also was in Shepard's head but as a player you are unsure as well.

^ 4:02 <----  this is the better example of the kind of visions I hated in this game.... they stopped you from going anywhere and just interrupted what you were doing....extremely annoying.

Ah yes I see your point on the lighting there.  I don't think bioware should do something "horror" like but just basically messing with Shepard's reality.   The last part is actually kind of cool where it seems real only that you find out that it wasn't.

If I had to make a (serious) guess, I'd say Miranda.

No one, thank you. Indoctrination was interesting in 2007, when Saren was being presented as both villain and victim. Since then, it's become a way of justifying characters explicitly turning against you.

Curse you, sudden but inevitable betrayal!

It's funny how similar Bioware's two franchises are in that regard. Except that only a couple characters in DA2 touched the idol that makes you an evil idiot, the rest of them were just poorly written on their own merrits.

There is some posibility to have a traitor in squad. In every BioWare game was someone, who betrays protagonist - Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights, KotOR, Jade Empire (I won't say who, because someone will be hurt)... So I'm 90% sure, that someone will betray...

you forgot Dragon Age

Miranda, Liara, or the VS would make the most sense, but I really don't want to see it.

I liked the traitor idea here but I'm not sure it'd fit. unless Jacob or Miranda betray you to Cerberus.

Probably Liara is the most likely if any. She can't be dead and she likes mucking around with prothean artifacts. Without even realising one of them may have been older and more dangerous than she was aware of. It would help explain her change of behaviour since ME1 and getting rid of the shadow broker may have been something the reapers actually wanted. Even though she is the most likely, I don't think any of the known suqad mates will be.

It sure makes me wonder how the VS escaped the swarm on Horizon.
Indoctrination does require prolonged exposure to be effective only events during the 2 year gap could offer us an explanation

Enough people have been indoctrinated and I'm getting very tired of it to be honest.

I highly doubt that we'll find out that one of our squadmates has been indoctrinated all along. On the other hand, it could be interesting if one of your squadmates becomes indoctrinated over the course of the game and you have to kill them at the end. It would suck, but it sure would pack a heavy emotional punch.
