Your mom is/was indoctrinated. She had a miracle birth, and Shepard is the chosen one.
What do I win?
Speculation: who do you think could be an indoctrinated squadmate?

I think that the indoctrinated thing in squadmates will be determined by loyalty missions (If there's any in ME3), so if you didn't want to or didn't manage to make a squadmate loyal it could turn out to be indoctrinated, or making a sistem like DA:O where some decisions that you make that affect your squadmate's morality so deep that they have to fight you

I still can't understand how Shepard wasn't indoctrinated during Arrival. He spent 2 days very close to indoctrinating artifact, surrounded by the people who wished to make everything for Reapers' victory - why didn't they try to make Shepard indoctrinated?
Errr... was he?

And for the record: I'd hate it if anyone on the team was indoctrinated. It's such a cheap reason for character betrayal. I there is to be betrayal, it should be for an in-character reason.

Im actually kind of surprised that many think indoctrination of a squadmate is a bad idea. I do agree that it is kind of a cliche thing to put in a story. But many stories are full of cliches and bioware stories have many of them. I just kind of accept that there will be cliches in Me3 but what I expect is a good execution of cliches. From a story writing standpoint, I get it its cliche.
but in the story, as a tactical standpoint, if the Reapers have the tech to indoctrinate why wouldn't they want to use it against Shepard?
Harbinger: We could indoctrinate one of Shepard's friends....
Other Reaper: That may be a good way to kill shepard while he sleeps and end the resistence once and for all...but that soo cliche Harbinger!

I don't think anyone on ship currently is indoctrinated. I do however think current members on the ship would be made through coercion to turn on shep w/o reaper interference. Jacob's personality makes him a likely candidate to be coerced into betraying shep, Miranda because of Oriana, Zeed with money and possibly the where abouts of Vedo, Ken or Gabby for nearly any reason, Kelly shows a weak mind when she starts talking about the collectors exposing her to more trauma could tip her to betray.
As far as those having access to shep Kelly is #1 then Miranda both these people are nearly in contact with shep 24/7.
those having the means to do so would Zeed and Jacob both have access to weapons and bombs, Miranda is resourceful could probably jerry rig a small explosive if she wanted and she knows shep can be hacked and if other weaknesses from the Lproject she would know them all.
We stand the potential to run into npc Asari indoctrinated people even the Illium bartender or Shiala would be sleeper agents via evidence like this: social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/105/index/6880106
