...and I was wondering if there is an easy way to tell which DLC you have installed? I think that I've done most of them but I may have missed some.
Just reinstalled the game...

You have to wait until you are on the Normandy and then check your private terminal. Note that the ones that dont kick in until after Horizon (Arrival, LotSB) wont show up until you have comlpeted that mission.
Alternatively, check your DLC folder, and comapre it to the list of DLC folder names.

My BIOGame folder has the files Config, Logs, Profile and Screenshots. Nothing called DLC.

In XP it is NOT the one in My Documents, but the one in (installed drive)/Program files/Mass Effect2/BioGame.
Try and see if you can find it there.
