I just bought DAII, but when I start a new game sound and voice in the video comes out too low and I can not hear. I have looked at the options, but all sound settings are at their maximum. I do not know how to fix this, please help me.

Do you have a stereo setup? Sometimes the game assumes you have a surround setup and most voice sounds will go through the central speaker. If you don't have a central speaker, you won't hear it. If this is indeed your problem, forcing stereo sound in the audio options may fix your problem.

If it doesn't, post a more detailed problem report with hardware specs and drivers. Also mention witch version of the game you're running.

The force stereo option fixed my issue there. Also, the 1.03 patch is great with a volume rebalance.

and sorry for the delay thanks. Thanks to you guys I had already solved the problem but I forgot to thank.I do not have time to play the DA2 last year because of DAO that had not ended and studies.then sorry for the delay and the bad english.
