You've heard about embedded reporters before havent you? The geth have embedded one into Shep, why else would he run with that slight limp?

Perhaps the forces of the Geth won't be direcly communicated with, rather if you're making choices and actions, the Geth will act accordingly based on if you're an ally or an enemy?

Sounds intriguing.

Also in an interview, Jesse said "Building Fleets" - sure it could just mean putting groups together, but I'm intrigued by that as well.
