Купил диск в магазине. Поиграл. скачал патч 1,03 с офицального сайта, а после установки игра опять затребывала  регистрацию. Но мой регистрационный  код не принимает, говорит уже был такой.
  И что делать, как быть теперь????

I bought a disk with the game, played a bit and then installed patch 1.03. Now the game's asking for registration  code again, but when I try to use the code from the disk, I get the message that such code is already in use. What should I do?

Здесь не отвечают обычно на вопросы по-русски без перевода...
Можно попробовать обратиться в службу поддержки ЕА здесь (там по-русски, если что).
Но может, и здесь помогут : поменяйте название топика на "Activation problem after installing 1.03". Вполне возможно, что кто-нибудь из Биовар что-нибудь посоветует.

1) Translating topic title to English so more people could understand the problem and advise
2) Contacting EA customer support
