The answer is going to be yes unless EA suddenly suffers some massive financial setback and can't fund it.

Look at all the things they threw at us for ME2. This is a big franchise, making big moolah. Things like that naturally convince their marketing gurus that even more moolah can be had with swag. It's going to happen, rest assured.
