I just finished my 19th of ME1. I have to run that Shep through ME2 and it's gonna be my main for ME3. Then I gotta do an all Renegade ME2 and then I'll be done.

Sure, I'll do one more complete run, starting maybe a month before ME3. It'll be nice to refresh the events in my head. The character will probably mirror the decisions of my first run ME1 and ME2 as much as I remember them too.

Except I'll never, ever, fricking EVER play Pinnacle Station again. Can't believe I bought it in the first place :P.

Glad to hear it. :-)

Pinnacle Station is the only ME-related software product that I DON'T have.

On OP's topic, yes, at least twice.

I can't play games over and over. I have my canon game that I used from ME1 to ME2. I'm playing with my bad decisions, I'll live with em.
Worst one being that I lost Mordin.

I couldn't do Pinnacle Station. I found it too difficult and eventually gave up.

I tried it again with a different class but had to give up again.

I didn't even bother going there with my latest runthrough :o

I never understood why all the dlc in me1 moved to me2 and prob to me3, but the
pinnical station has been taking out of the game, how does that make any sense?

I'm not sure I understand. What dlc moved from me1 to me2? The only me1 dlc I remember is Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station and neither are in me2.

It wouldn't make sense to re-code the same dlc for two different games.

Never though I'd run ME1 again due to how awful the combat plays out now, but I want to get my primary Shep back up to 60 after losing that save somehow a couple years ago. So I have to push my 50 Shep to 60 and I'm doing a completely new Spacer Vanguard with an Ashley romance [my canon Shep romanced Liara] to try some variety out. So far it's been alot more fun then I anticipated, though I'm not focusing on 100% perfect builds as much as just pushing for 100% completion and all the right choices I want.

For ME2? I've scrapped all my former playthroughs in favor of new ones with better builds and a bit more variety in imports and classes. I'm just trying to decide if fussing over having a level 60 import is worth the hassle of back to back ME1 playthroughs or to just enjoy the 50 import. Doesn't really seem like the bonuses vary THAT much - couple starter levels and seems like a bit of money/mineral difference.

Do we have a listing of how much difference there is between a level 50 and 60 import on the starting bonuses?

Edit: Bonuses question was answered via google - honestly not really worth fussing over. I think I'll just play through again and see how high I get level wise while making sure all the right choices/missions are complete.

Yeah, im actually glad they announced ME3 wont be released until march. Plenty of time now to do some more run-throughs and set up stuff for ME3. Ive just started my 2nd ME1 run-through, when i finish that, ill import em both to ME2 and do those, then ill leave it be until ME3 comes out.

I wish they allowed you to have Samesex dating in ME1 and ME2 with a femshep other than damn liara or jack

Were you able to hit Level 60 in 2 playthroughs or did it take you 3?

well i only recently got me2, but i am on my 4th playthrough in me2, but imported wrong character, i wanted 1 where i romanced ashley but instead i imported 1 who romanced no one. But i will use this playthrough to romance miranda. i dont like her but its the only female person form y male character to like

but i will have 2 more files, a female with no one romacned throughout me2. and a male character romance ashley as her new look in me3 is awesome.

but i need to load my female renegade to do garrus mission in me1 to make him renegade, my renegade characters done no side missions lols

I still have a few more Sheps to run through ME1 and 2. My Tali, Jack, and Miranda romancing Shep had to be remade. To be blunt, the original one is ugly as hell. Then I made another single ManShep for whatever s/s options there are. Finally, I need a single LadyShep.

I might give it one more run-through, but probably not until ME3 gets closer.

Just finished my final playthrough of ME1. Well, final for ME3, anyway. Started ME2 today, hopefully I can do all missions and all DLC.

Yes, it is possible.  You can get to 57 in your first playthrough with BDtS and killing enemies outside of the Mako and biotics and searching out the random thresher maws on certain planets.  It's very tedious.  I usually stick with three playthroughs (going to 54, then 59, then 60) for my sanity.

I'm on (probably) my last run-through of ME2 until ME3 comes out. I'm taking this one kinda slowly.

My first run-through was with the male Shepard and 2 squaddies died in the SM, and I didn't do all of the N7 missions or any of the paid DLC. So I did it again but this time everybody survived.

But my current game, I'm the female Shepard for the first time. I kept her default look in ME1, but in ME2 I changed her hairstyle and hair color. I didn't change any facial structures. I plan to have as many squadmates die as possible without Shepard getting killed.

I don't think I can count the number of times I've gone through a fresh ME2 game as FemShep in search of the perfect face code. I thiiiiiiiiink I found it a few weeks ago, but more testing is required.
