Jenkins was terrible, and it would be terrible if he was resurrected as some kind of super-husk for a boss fight.
Idea: Resurrect Jenkins from the dead.

Why would Toombs need to be resurrected? He's alive and (mostly) well. Sometimes.

Resurrected Virmire Deceased is plot fail, that's for sure.
Resurrected Jenkins is silly.
Resurrection in general is DUMB.
Huskified person-we-know—not necessarily a bad idea, but it should be a person who is alive in the game, like Conrad Verner or somethin'. It would actually be a very poignant moment if Shepard encounters Conrad in the midst of being transformed into a husk, and has to mercy kill him before the transformation is complete.

Jenkins was designed to die, early.. If someone should come back as something else it should be someone who was around a bit longer or impacted the game some. Jenkins was mentioned by Chakwas in ME2 that was a nice touch, don't think we need more then that.
