I reinstalled Mass Effect 2 to play through again, and despite having registered a Cerberus Network code and having bought the Lair of the Shadow Broker I can't download them again. I tried entering my Cerberus Network code again but it tells me it's already been used.
Can anyone help? I'm pretty narked off by the whole thing. I ought to be able to access DLC that I have paid for.
