I need an option to search my own posts to see if there is a reply.  I noticed there is a "notify me by email" but what about standard in-forum notifications? (I try to reduce epic spam in my email) .  Is there an improved version of usercp somewhere that I haven't found?
Are there forum rules (EULA, TOU etc)? 
Where is the forum that informs users about the forum (surely there is one), suggestions for the forum etc?  I don't seem to be able to view this from the forums page (if it is there and I can't see it, why is it not clearly visible at the top?)

You can view topics you've posted in from the 'jump to' drop-down menu at the top of the page. You can also view threads you've created from the 'forums' tab in your profile.

Suggestions for the website should be posted in the website help forum.

Immediately to the left of the JUMP, is a forum search that will match a word (s) from topic titles, but other than that, is pretty limited right now.
