  So I used to have 2 save files. 1 for my male and 1 for my female. But now I only have one and each time I save on one of the files and got check my game save file it's either male or female (whichever one I save on). So if I want to import both of them what do I do? Sorry I'm a horrible explainer sadly :/

I think you are hitting the resume button only, or just load and not switching characters. If you have finished the Suicide Mission you will be given the option to import the character into ME3 provided you lived to tell the tale.
