Now it's relased and out, so what was your reaction?

Heres mine:



Would prefer youtube expressions vids/Images it you think that would be worth your time, as alternatives. (Just no too disturbing images, i don't think anyone wants that so)

 The first trailer was lackluster for me. I was hoping that they would keep to the "Fight for the Lost" type of trailers. But on the flip side, I'm not upset because some of the greatest movies out there had small lackluster trailers. If that's the case then I expect to be blown away by this game.

This. As well as being dumb, the trailer was also a bit underwhelming. They should have shown more shots of the reapers landing like they did on the demo of the opening mission- that was awesome.

I wasn't a fan of the music would have preferred they used some actual Mass Effect music even if they used the musiv from previous games but since I know the trailer music won't actualy be used in the game it is not a big deal and not even worth complaining about. I thought the trailer itself was awesome and it got me very excited.

That's probably taken way out of context, though. Maybe the Council is being too cautious to throw any more of their fleet at the Reapers. Shepard could just be frustrated with their (typical) indecisiveness.

Wee bit cheesy, awesome nevertheless. Would have been a better experience if I wasn't wondering "What will the BSN make of this?" after every other scene.

Agreed. When I chose Sentinel as my class I roleplayed my Shepard as intelligent and pragmatic, not some gung-ho fool. With a plan like that, Shepard can kiss his sorry planet goodbye!

I am sure that line is just one of possible lines that pops up in the dialog tree, so you may never have to use it with your Shepard.

I see it more as lazy uninspired writing, which was one of ME2's major faults when compared to it's predecessor imo. But.. I learned to just enjoy ME2 for the satisfaction of shooting things in the face, and gave up on getting a decent story out of it, I'm sure I can do the same for ME3.
