Will Kinect remove the problem of limited hotkeys for powers on the 360 controller?

I was always a little bothered that unless you activated auto squad power usage, you were limited to 1 power per squadmate on the d-pad - ex. using Miranda, I usually had warp as a hotkey and if I wanted to use overload instead, I'd have to pause the game with the power menu whenever I wanted to select it on a mission where I was dealing with shielded and armored enemies.

Isn't this a benefit for the 360 version in the above scenario, now that you can quickly speak any of the powers that aren't mapped to your controller without disrupting gameplay?  Unfortunately thanks to ME2 reducing the number of powers per squad mate to 3, it isn't as good of a solution as it would've been for ME1 where I spent a good portion of the game selecting powers from the power menu, but still nice for people that already own a Kinect or plan to buy one in the future.  Definitely don't see this as a reason to go and spend $130 for this game alone.

Thoughts?

The squad command aspect is the only kinect feature that appeals to me and i think it could make the game flow a lot better for xbox users. On the downside the potential for embarrasment is high - "Liara, PULL", wife enters room and shakes head.

I own a Kinect, but I won't use it at first. I want to get the feel of the game before I even use the Kinect feature. I don't want to say something and have my squad do something I really didn't want to happen.

LIGH-I mean-OMNI-BLADE ON

I was okay with the Wii, but even my dorkiness has its' limits. I won't be using the Kinect, so I guess I don't care.

I'll try out the Kinect feature first. If I don't like it, i'll go back to radical menus.
