What cool gun attachments do you want?

Generally, if it's shown up as a CoD attachment, update it and put it in.

various Optics to provide a small accuracy boost
Scopes, such as ACOG for basic zoom, Thermal for advanced/specialized functions (I think this is a great idea...you'd make it easier to pick out humanoid enemies but it would make seeing Geth impossible), etc etc.
Silencers
FMJ would be handy, increase bullet penetration which could allow guns to pierce cover (sure beats waiting 203857230 minutes for that last guy to pop out of cover)
Grips/Stocks for increased accuracy
Extended Magazines (self-explanatory)
Dual Mags (see Black Ops attachment, taped mags to speed reload half the time...might be my favorite BO attachment actually)
Shotguns (underbarrel shotguns on Assault Rifles. Low stopping power and ammo count to compensate for CQB flexibility, though I doubt enough key-mappings are available for this)
Grenade Launchers (underbarrel attachment, but have low, specialized ammo such as Inferno Grenades or something as a way to diversify arsenal rather than reducing Shepard into becoming a noobtuber).

Those are at first glance what I would think of including. Not sure if Shotguns and Grenade Launchers are viable mostly because of key-mapping issues (360 can't come up with new buttons fast enough).

Scope that analyze armor/synthetics, highlights structural weak points while zoomed.
Scope that analyzes Organics, displays locations of vital organs.
Firing mechanisms to alter rate of fire
Mod for cool-down over time (effective only while gun is in a rest state)

Reflex sight or low magnification scope.
Larger barrel to increase the size of the projectiles Shepard will be firing to increase damage per shot
Grip to stabilize shot spread
Grenade launcher mounted under barrel
Mechanism to increase firing rate
Larger magazine capacity which increases overall ammo capacity ( they don't compensate the larger magazine by reducing unloaded ammunition)

Did I mention I want all of these for my Revenant

A bayonet to increase the damage of your pistol whip.
Different scopes to change the sites on your sniper rifle.
Some sort of crazy cooling system so you can fire more shots per clip.
And then maybe some plating that you can choose a custom color for.

Those are some of my ideas anyway.

You can, actually.  We've been working on aerodynamic shapes that do not produce sonic booms for a while.  You just need to have projectiles that are shapped correctly.  The problem of course is, you would have to go back to preformed projectiles instead of ammo blocks like most ME weapons use.  It would reduce ammo capacity

The ability to attach a scope to my AR, and an under barrel grenade launcher for same. High capacity heat sinks or Frictionless materials so I can get more than one shot out of the Claymore before reloading. Slugs and barrel chokes for my shotguns. The ability to take the laser site off the Phalanx pistol. ME1 skinned shotguns, because I liked those better than any of the ME2 shotguns.

i have a feeling scopes arent going to be functional and grenade launcher attachments wont exist.scopes will turn mattocks into vipers, so iget the feeling bioware wont do that. grenade launchers arent going to be in the game, because grenades are the soldiers ability. its even more like concussive shot is the grenade launcher. which sucks beecasue scopes, and grenade attachments are the most obvious attachements, and they prolly wont be in the game.

its a little too easy for me to doubt what im going to get in ME3.

Ya I have always loved stealth so I'll have to say silencers that, and the ability to add scopes to guns other than sniper rifles.

Suppressors (no such thing as a "silencer"). Also, an underbarrel shotgun or grenade launcher. If we're getting crazy, a bipod for my AR and a mechanic that will allow me to deploy it on low cover to increase stability, rather than have it just be a permanent +% to accuracy.

Advanced thermal clips (like extended mags more or less)
Red dot or low magnification scope for AR
Switch from shot to slug for shotgun (bonus to armor, nerf to shield and barrier, increased range)
Return of rail extension; more power from increased velocity, less capacity
Trigger group mod, call it what you will. Switch from single shot to burst or full auto
Rate of fire modification... more efficient capacitors increase ROF
Match grade rail... increases accuracy
Caliber exchange... more power, decreased rate of fire.

I want an autofire attachment for the M-5 Phalanx hand cannon and a clip expansion for it. Recoil mechanism? Only ****** need that, real MEN/WOMEN use their hands!

Current suppressors would still work since the sound you hear is due to the round breaking the sound barier more than the powder igniting. They'd have to be slightly modified to compensate for the higher velocities of the ammunition, but the principle behind them would still work.

I'd also like to see barrel porting or something similar to combat muzzel climb.
